Founder & Mediator
Phillip is the founder of Coact Mediation, a boutique agency dedicated to resolving disputes at both personal and corporate levels. With decades of mediation experience, he is recognised as a Level 4 mediator by the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI), serves as a mediator for the Community Mediation Centre (CMC) under the Ministry of Law, and is also on the panel for the International Institute of Mediators (IIM).

Industry Experience and Leadership Roles
Phillip’s professional background encompasses a broad spectrum of industries, such as Hospitality, Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions (MICE), Technology—including Data Centres, Subsea, 5G, and AI—as well as Manufacturing. Throughout his career, Phillip has held senior positions at both global and regional levels, granting him comprehensive insight into the operational dynamics and challenges unique to each sector.
This diverse experience has equipped Phillip with a deep understanding of the day-to-day processes and obstacles encountered by companies and individuals across these industries. Leveraging this knowledge, he has played an instrumental role in resolving workplace disputes and enhancing inter-departmental relations. Furthermore, Phillip has contributed to the development of care initiatives that foster the welfare of both employees and employers, strengthening organisational culture and promoting harmonious workplace environments.

Training and Resolution Coordination
In addition to facilitating dispute resolutions, Phillip conducts talks and training sessions designed to equip leaders at all levels with the necessary skills to identify, approach, and resolve workplace and corporate issues.

Phillip is also actively involved in supporting marriages and families, working tirelessly to engage with them directly through mediation and emotional support.
